Program is open to homeowners; landlord approval required for rentals.
Suitable roof
Roof is under 20 years old, less than 30% shaded, with usable south/east/west exposure.
Utility service
Your utility supports net metering or feed-in — we confirm this during assessment.
Annual usage
Typical monthly bill of $80 or more. Smaller homes may still qualify for community solar.
